We unfortunately had a number of issues with our home in recent months. I was given Tim’s name by a friend. Tim helped us with a leaky hot water tank, servicing our boiler, installing a new gas range and replacing our garburator. He provided fast service, was on time for appointments, is extremely courteous, and his prices were reasonable. I really appreciated his honesty and that he spent the time to explain the issues, provided options, went over the pros and cons of each option and wasn’t about high pressure sales. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, detail oriented and tidy. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future. Thanks again, Tim!
