Tim came to fix a problem with our toilet. From the time he arrived, I can see promptness is at the top of his qualities. Arriving with a mask just made me feel secure that his company adheres to public health guidelines and he is mindful of his customers' safety as well as his own. He gave us a reasonable and fair quote, and his professional manners and willingness to answer all concerns and questions were evident throughout the experience. His level of knowledge and attention to details was quite apparent but to boot he is very friendly and courteous! He made sure to educate us also about preventative know how's. Tim was quick to get the job done but he also reassured us he would not mind coming back or addressing any further concerns related to the work he did. I find this accountability quite refreshing and admirable. Tim exemplifies true professionalism and we would no doubt be hiring him again for future needs! I'm happy to recommend him to anyone seeking plumbing work at home!
